Refunds Policy

All sales of digital downloads are final. No refunds are provided whatsoever.
Also in case of cancellation or suspension of your account, damage, destruction or loss of your Products, refunds will not be applicable.

Only payments made from credit cards are refundable. The entire amount of transaction is subject to be refunded. Partial refunding is not allowed.
Under our Terms Of Service, any Customer has a right to get refund of digital download if digital file have damages not caused by downloads transfer. In this case Legalsounds.com will try to provide another file to replace the bad file, or refund the Customer's account with the sum which Customer paid.
Customer has a right to refuse Legalsounds.com services and to require return of his/her payment if the payment has been made by credit card. In this case total refund to the client occurs in the following cases:
- Client have not started to use his balance yet, and transction date is not older than 6 motnh

Refund can’t be provided when:
- Speed is lower than client expects
- Date of transaction is older than 6 month
- Customer used part of the balance
Refund to the client credit card takes up to 20 business days.
In case of termination of Client registration the remaining funds in your Account are not refundable. No other money are refundable, the losses are not payable.
