When the downloader program loads, I can't see the full screen!

Try to change your screen resolution to 1024x768

Can't launch Downloader. I get error: Unable to Retrieve Information, Error# 12057

Go to Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab>Security
options and uncheck "Check for server certificate revocation (requires
restart)"
